Jami Joe was born and raised in Southern Calhoun County in the community of Kinard. She graduated from Blountstown High School in 2003 and currently shares her time between her home in Nashville, TN and Calhoun County. She owns Jami Joe Photography with a studio located in Kinard. FL and with her husband they own and operate The Tennessee Cobbler Company, a Nashville based food Truck. Jami served as Main Street Blountstown President from July 2018 to September 2019. During her term she was able to assist in the development of a local Summer Concert Series, Pickin' in the Park, and oversee multiple fundraising efforts that led to a $15,000 donation towards the construction of a local Splash Pad Play Park. She has served in the community for many years in various capacities and will continue to work towards positive growth opportunities for the citizens of Calhoun County.

Carla Peacock is a 1984 graduate of Blountstown High School. She currently resides in Blountstown with her husband, John Michael (Mike) Peacock and they have one daughter, Madison who is a Junior at the University of Florida. She was elected as the first female Property Appraiser of Calhoun County in 2016 and has held a Florida real estate license for 17 years. She has also worked as a Realtor for Chipola Realty and Florida Panhandle Properties. She serves with various community organizations including Blountstown Rotary, Main Street Blountstown, Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce, The BHS Advisory Council, Chipola Area Board of Realtors, Property Appraiser Association of Florida, Florida Association of Assessing Officers, and the International Association of Assessing Officers. Carla volunteers her time on numerous boards because she loves her community and believes in giving back.
Randa McCroan is a Blountstown native born and bred. A 2013 Blountstown High School graduate, she is currently employed at the Calhoun County Tax Collectors Office. She is also a licensed cosmetologist, and works at Merle Norman in Blountstown. Randa loves to serve her community with any opportunity she can. She is excited to be part of this foundation and make great changes for Calhoun County.
Linda Kemp Rex is a native Floridian and new resident to Calhoun County, however she has deep family roots in the area and has been visiting the Kinard Community her entire life. She has been married to Keith Rex for 39 years and has two sons and 5 grandchildren. Her life has always been focused on God, family and community. She graduated from Osceola High School in 1975 and attended Valencia Community College. Part of her work experience that will be beneficial with the CCCF position was with the School district of Osceola County in the bookkeeping department. She has always stayed busy with volunteer opportunities to include church and local schools. Linda looks forward to meeting new people and becoming involved in the Calhoun County community.

Board Member District 1
Kelly King was born and raised in Calhoun County and has lived in the Altha community her whole life. She graduated from Altha School in 1993 and is currently employed as the Business Manager for the Department of Health in Calhoun and Liberty County. Kelly began her career with the Department of Health (DOH) in 1998 as the original Tobacco Prevention Coordinator. She has been in her current role for 17 years. During her tenure Kelly has been actively involved in DOH and local community initiatives including serving as the Accreditation Coordinator for DOH Calhoun-Liberty, CFO for Liberty Community Health Care, Public Information Officer and most recently a member of the Calhoun ESF-8 team. In addition to her extensive experience with the DOH, Kelly served as a Calhoun County School Board member for 10 years. Kelly holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of South Florida

Kelly E. King
Brandy Blackburn was born and raised in Clarksville, Florida just like her parents, grandparents, and great grandparents before her. She attended K through 8th grade at Carr Elementary and Middle School and then attended Blountstown High School where she graduated in 1997. She then attended Chipola College and Gulf Coast Community College before becoming a dental assistant for 13 years in Calhoun County. She is currently employed by the Calhoun County School Board. She and her family reside in Clarksville and she is very thankful to be able to raise their children in this beautiful area. The Carr Community is especially dear to her heart and she looks forward to contributing to the enrichment and improvements of our area.
Board Member District 3
A lifelong resident of Calhoun County living both in the Mayhaw and Hugh Creek communities, Mr. Willie Brown is a 1984 graduate of Blountstown High School. He attended college on Basketball and Football Scholarships earning A.A. and B.S. degrees. Willie Brown has been employed his entire career with the state government. Initially working with the Dept. of Health & Rehabilitative Services followed by the Dept. of Corrections, where he served as a Probation Officer, he soon elevated to the rank of Asst. Warden. Mr. Brown later served Calhoun County as an elected School Board Member for two terms. He is a member of St. Paul AME Church and is always willing to serve in any capacity that elevates and positively moves our county forward.
Board Member District 4
Angie Davis loves the community of Kinard and is really excited to serve the area through the Calhoun County Community Foundation. Her family has been residents of Kinard for over 40 years and she has lived there over half her life. She currently works at City Church in Panama City as a graphic designer and an executive assistant. She looks forward to helping promote the communities of Calhoun County and all they have to offer.
